- •This role owns Halter's website, focusing on conversion rate optimization and technical development.
- •You will build and manage the website, migrating it from Webflow to a custom, headless-CMS-backed solution to drive leads and scale.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and build in Webflow, shipping landing pages, components, and experiments.
- •Scope and lead the migration from Webflow to a custom, headless-CMS-backed site.
- •Own the conversion rate, page experience, lead forms, load speed, and technical/on-page SEO.
- •Build personalized landing experiences for ABM campaigns.
- •Utilize AI as a core tool for page builds, component generation, and analysis.
- •Requirements Fluent in modern front-end technologies like React/Next.js, TypeScript, HTML/CSS.
- •Experience with component-driven builds and headless CMS.
- •Proven ability to own a website as a codebase.
- •Experience running a site migration from a hosted platform to a custom build.
- •Proficiency in running experiments and analyzing results to drive improvements.
