Lead Australia's event strategy, from national brand moments to regional activations.
- •You will own Halter's event strategy in Australia, managing everything from national brand moments to regional activation strategies.
- •This includes large-scale events like Beef Week, multi-day conferences, invite-only customer events, and smaller on-farm gatherings.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the annual Australian event strategy and calendar.
- •Own and manage the annual event budget, including forecasting and reconciliation.
- •Deliver a range of events, from flagship national activations to regional events.
- •Measure and report on event ROI, including pipeline generated and cost per opportunity.
- •Lead and coach a team of Event Specialists/Coordinators.
- •Requirements Proven experience delivering events across a wide range of scale, budget, and production value.
- •Commercially minded with a focus on pipeline and cost per opportunity.
- •Comfortable flexing across a busy, varied calendar and coaching a team.
- •Energized by being out with farmers and the sales team.
- •Highly collaborative across marketing and sales functions.
