- •We're looking for a social media-obsessed highly creative Social Media Associate to help bring HaloBraid to life across social platforms and in the community.
- •Key Responsibilities Own HaloBraid’s day-to-day organic social strategy, including content calendars, platform planning, posting cadence, and creative testing.
- •Concept, create, shoot, edit, caption, and publish social content across TikTok, Instagram, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
- •Identify trends, sounds, memes, conversations, and cultural moments that HaloBraid can participate in authentically.
- •Develop recurring content ideas and series that build awareness, trust, community, and excitement ahead of launch.
- •Track social performance, report on KPIs, and use data to adjust strategy, improve content, and drive growth.
- •Requirements 1-3 years of experience in social media, content creation, community, influencer marketing, brand marketing, or a related role.
- •Deep fluency in TikTok, Instagram, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging social platforms.
- •Strong short-form video instincts.
- •You understand hooks, pacing, captions, trends, sounds, memes, and what makes people share.
- •Passion for beauty, hair care, hair trends, textured hair, braiding, salons, and community.
