About the role
TL;DR
Deploy and manage IT infrastructure for new and existing manufacturing facilities.
- •Hadrian is scaling fast, standing up new factories and expanding existing ones across the country.
- •We are looking for a Technical Field Engineer to be the person on the ground who brings new IT infrastructure to life.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with the Manager of IT Deployment on planning, scoping, and documentation.
- •Travel to new and existing factories to stand up IT infrastructure and deploy hardware.
- •Rack, cable, and configure network gear (switches, WAPs, firewalls) and supporting infrastructure.
- •Deploy and configure endpoints, peripherals, and shop-floor devices for new manufacturing lines.
- •Work with vendors to deploy and support physical security systems (cameras, badge/access readers, sensors), AV and conference room systems, and office IoT devices such as printers.
- •Requirements Strong hands-on experience with IT infrastructure and hardware deployment.
- •Ability to travel frequently to new and existing factory sites.
- •Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with various teams on-site.
- •Problem-solving skills to address and resolve deployment challenges.
- •Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and as-built conditions.
