- •Hadrian is building autonomous factories and seeking a Robotics Software Engineer, Perception to lead the technical direction of their Perception team.
- •This role involves defining the roadmap, shaping architecture, and driving the development of advanced sensing and understanding capabilities for industrial robots.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and drive the multi-year technical roadmap for the Perception Team.
- •Lead architecture of the full perception pipeline including object detection, tracking, and scene understanding.
- •Drive sensor fusion strategy across LiDAR, structured light, RGB, and depth cameras.
- •Establish rigorous practices for data collection, model training, deployment, and validation.
- •Requirements 10+ years of software engineering in computer vision, robotics perception, or autonomous systems.
- •Expert-level command of 3D computer vision and point cloud processing.
- •Strong machine learning foundations for model architecture, training, and production deployment.
- •Experience building and deploying real-time perception systems under hard latency and reliability constraints.
- •Strong proficiency in C++ and Python.
