Backend Software Engineer for Hadrian's autonomous manufacturing factories.
- •Hadrian is building autonomous factories that help aerospace and defense companies manufacture rockets, satellites, jets, and ships up to 10x faster and up to 2x cheaper.
- •Key Responsibilities Scope, architect, implement, and deploy critical backend services across multiple product verticals.
- •Design and maintain reliable, scalable, and high-performance APIs and systems in a complex production environment.
- •Engage in product discovery alongside experts in manufacturing and software.
- •Build alongside an incredible team of engineers and operators.
- •Requirements Expertise in modern backend technologies, with a deep understanding of distributed systems, service architecture, data modeling, and scalable infrastructure design.
- •Strong ability and desire to write high-quality, maintainable code.
- •Experience designing and implementing APIs (REST & gRPC).
- •Know how to develop, deploy, and maintain backend and full-stack applications using a modern cloud or containerized stack.
