- •HackerOne is seeking a Product Manager to drive improvements to their AI-powered Agentic Vulnerability Elimination (AVE) platform.
- •This role involves enhancing the quality and performance of AI agents that validate, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities, working closely with security researchers and engineering teams.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead improvements to AI agent quality, performance, and cost management across various vulnerability stages.
- •Own the evolution of the evaluation framework and agent harness for scalable methodologies.
- •Partner with triage, engineering, and security researchers to align priorities and translate workflows into AI capabilities.
- •Validate exploitability and stress-test agent decisions with offensive security researchers.
- •Requirements 5+ years of product management experience, ideally on technical or AI/LLM products.
- •Hands-on experience with LLM-based solutions, including prompting and quality control.
- •Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data for decision-making.
- •Experience working with distributed product development teams across time zones.
