Customer Engineer to partner with sales and product for technical implementation of an AI code reviewer.
- •Greptile is an AI code reviewer that catches bugs and anti-patterns in pull requests with complete context of the codebase.
- •As a Customer Engineer, you will partner with sales and product teams to ensure successful technical implementation and adoption of Greptile for enterprise clients.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with Account Executives to run technical discovery and tailor Greptile to each customer’s stack.
- •Design and lead proof-of-concepts and pilots that demonstrate Greptile’s value.
- •Handle security and compliance diligence, answering questionnaires and documenting architectures.
- •Build reference implementations and lightweight integrations to accelerate adoption.
- •Act as the technical voice of the customer internally, surfacing requirements to product and engineering.
- •Requirements 1+ years of software or DevOps engineering experience.
- •Strong fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- •Comfortable with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise identity (SSO/SCIM, SAML, OIDC).
- •Ability to quickly pick up new technologies and produce working examples or scripts.
