Establish and scale Gradial's commercial presence in EMEA.
- •Gradial is hiring an RVP of Sales, EMEA to establish and scale our commercial presence across the region.
- •You'll own the EMEA sales strategy, build relationships with leading enterprise marketing organisations and create the foundation for durable regional growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and execute Gradial's sales strategy across all EMEA markets Own regional new business performance, pipeline development and revenue growth Build and manage a pipeline of net new enterprise and strategic accounts Lead complex sales cycles from initial outreach and discovery through negotiation and close Develop trusted relationships with senior Marketing, Digital, Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology and Procurement leaders Requirements 12+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, marketing technology or a related technology sales environment A strong record of winning complex, net new enterprise and strategic accounts across EMEA Experience owning a regional sales strategy, revenue target or multi-market commercial plan Experience selling to senior Marketing, Digital, Technology and Procurement stakeholders Deep knowledge of the EMEA enterprise market and strong relationships across relevant customer and industry networks
