- •Key Responsibilities Own discovery by identifying and validating user problems through research, data analysis, and direct user engagement Define product requirements and success metrics in close partnership with design and engineering teams Make product decisions in areas with uncertainty, incomplete data, and evolving model behavior Drive execution from concept to launch and iterate based on user feedback Requirements Strong product judgment with 3-5 years of experience owning B2C/prosumer products end to end Comfort working without established PM processes and building structure that meaningfully improves outcomes Deep understanding of AI-powered products, including model limitations, tradeoffs, and user trust implications Strong collaboration skills with designers, engineers, and researchers to drive alignment and execution High ownership mindset with a bias toward action, learning, and iteration
