About the role
TL;DR
Maintain system quality and operational stability for autonomous vehicles.
- •A Systems Quality Engineer is responsible for maintaining a high level of system quality, safety, and operational stability across our autonomous vehicle stack.
- •Key Responsibilities Perform end-to-end triage and investigation of live and post-run operational issues, including failure analysis and root cause analysis.
- •Develop and maintain triage documentation and operational artifacts, including SOPs, process training, release notes, and recurring issue knowledge bases.
- •Investigate performance issues impacting productivity, operational efficiency, and driver confidence.
- •Build, enhance, and maintain automation and tooling to streamline triage, analysis, and reporting workflows.
- •Review operational metrics and analyze trends to identify recurring patterns across vehicles, sites, and software versions.
- •Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) 1 year of experience working in Autonomous Vehicles, Robotics, Automotive industry.
- •Hands-on experience with system-level debugging and analysis Experience with Linux and Python (Bash/Shell a plus) Experience using issue tracking and collaboration tools (e.g.
