About the role
TL;DR
Manage warehouse operations, inventory, and team for a growing manufacturing company.
- •As the Warehouse Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse, from receiving goods to shipping them.
- •You will be responsible for inventory organization, team coordination, and continuous improvement of work methods.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storage, preparation, packaging, and shipping of goods.
- •Operate a forklift and manage inventory control, cycle counts, and replenishment.
- •Coordinate the warehouse team, train new members, and contribute to performance objectives.
- •Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and proper functioning of the warehouse.
- •Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- •Requirements Minimum of five (5) years of relevant warehouse experience.
- •Experience in team supervision or coordination.
- •Proficiency with computer tools and an ERP system.
- •Forklift operator certification is an asset.
- •Excellent organization, rigor, and prioritization skills.
