About the role
TL;DR
Manage IT infrastructure and security posture for a SaaS company.
- •elia is a B2B SaaS platform for workspace management, helping companies reinvent their work environment.
- •We are seeking a hands-on IT and Security Coordinator to manage the company's entire IT infrastructure and security posture, reporting directly to the COO.
- •Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain the company's IT environment (Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Windows/macOS devices).
- •Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot team tools and workstations.
- •Implement and maintain security controls (conditional access, identity management, security policies).
- •Conduct vendor security assessments and support compliance (ISO 27001/Vanta).
- •Manage access and permissions across company tools and systems.
- •Requirements Several years of practical experience in IT administration and/or IT security.
- •Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Intune / Entra ID environments.
- •Solid understanding of IT security principles.
- •Complete autonomy and problem-solving skills.
- •Good communication skills in French and English.
