- •Key Responsibilities Meet loan production goals and manage pipeline forecasts Prospect inbound HELOC customers and educate them on products Gather financial documents, evaluate creditworthiness, and prepare packages for underwriting Coordinate closings with settlement agents and ensure regulatory compliance Requirements 2+ years loan officer experience, preferably HELOC MLO license or ability to obtain one (SAFE Act); may require multi-state licensing Knowledge of lending guidelines, laws, and loan origination systems Strong communication, sales, and documentation skills
