Provide sales support to loan officers and prepare loan files.
- •The Associate Mortgage Specialist provides sales support to loan officers, qualifies customers, handles inbound/outbound calls, and prepares loan files prior to underwriting while training toward a licensed loan officer role.
- •Key Responsibilities Review and prepare loan applications and documentation in the Loan Origination System Order disclosures, run automated underwriting, and scrub files for underwriting Troubleshoot loan files and learn loan programs and qualifications Handle inbound live transfer calls and make outbound calls to gather customer information Attend daily training toward promotion or NMLS licensing Requirements 1-2 years top sales experience in a professional environment OR college degree High School Diploma or GED required Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in a high-volume environment Ability to learn quickly and collaborate with team
