- •HighLevel is seeking a Sr.
- •Manager, Revenue Operations to serve as a strategic advisor to Support leadership, enhancing operational effectiveness and connecting work to business outcomes.
- •This role involves architecting the future of the organization through rigorous analysis and deep tactical expertise.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with leadership on annual and quarterly planning, owning forecasting frameworks for the Support organization.
- •Design and own the analytical framework connecting Support activity to customer outcomes like retention and lifetime value.
- •Own the KPI framework for the Support organization and build the analytics infrastructure for performance management.
- •Oversee the RevOps operational layer for AI-assisted support tooling, measuring impact and identifying improvement areas.
- •Audit and redesign operational workflows, define handoff standards, and lead change management for new processes and systems.
- •Requirements 10+ years of experience in Revenue, Support, or Customer Success Operations.
- •Exceptional analytical rigor with the ability to engineer complex fiscal models and operational frameworks.
- •Deep experience navigating sophisticated service-centric ecosystems and omnichannel engagement platforms.
- •Proficient in optimizing AI-driven automation workflows, focusing on verified problem resolution.
- •Proven ability to influence senior leadership with data-backed insights and challenge status-quo assumptions.
