- •GoGuardian is seeking a Senior Sales Coach to enhance the performance of its revenue teams through data-driven coaching.
- •This role involves partnering with sales leaders and individual contributors to refine selling, discovery, and expansion skills.
- •Key Responsibilities Coach New Business Executives (NBEs) and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) on prospecting, discovery, pipeline management, and deal strategy.
- •Develop individualized development plans based on performance data.
- •Deliver interactive, practice-based virtual training sessions tied to real deals.
- •Coach sales leaders and front-line managers to improve their coaching, pipeline inspection, and deal-review skills.
- •Reinforce GoGuardian's MEDDPICC sales methodology and solution-selling practices.
- •Requirements Formal sales training certification from a reputable sales course. 3-5 years of experience leading teams. 5-8 years of experience in quota-carrying Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success.
- •Hands-on experience delivering sales training or coaching programs, preferably in EdTech or K-12.
- •Strong understanding of the K-12 buyer and sales cycle.
