Develop and manage specialty channels for Glow25.
- •Glow25 is seeking a Key Account Manager to strategically develop specialty channels and scale existing accounts.
- •Key Responsibilities Channel Development: Strategically build and develop specialty channels.
- •Account Management: Manage existing partners and acquire new customers.
- •Promotions & Trade Marketing: Plan promotions and POS materials.
- •Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Operations, Regulatory, and E-Commerce.
- •Market & Competitive Analysis: Identify trends and develop strategies.
- •Trade Shows & Partner Events: Represent Glow25 at events.
- •Requirements Several years of experience in Key Account Management.
- •Experience in FMCG, Beauty, or Health environments.
- •Structured and independent work style with a strong hunter mindset.
- •Fluency in English, German is a plus.
- •Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and CRM systems.
