- •Glia is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to lead their DevSec team.
- •This role involves end-to-end security posture management, from application to infrastructure and compliance.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead the DevSec team as a player-coach, balancing delivery and hands-on technical work.
- •Own security programs end-to-end, including roadmap shaping, implementation, and adoption.
- •Drive security automation and AI tooling to support company security goals.
- •Assess and improve infrastructure, application, and endpoint security.
- •Requirements Credible hands-on experience in at least two security domains and literacy across others.
- •Experience building or scaling a security program end-to-end.
- •Coding and automation ability (Python preferred) and cloud security depth (AWS).
- •Experience with AI-assisted development and securing LLM tooling.
- •Leadership readiness with a commitment to step up as DevSec Team Lead.
