- •GitGuardian is seeking a Staff Engineer to join the Endpoint team, focusing on developing a cross-platform agent for developers' machines.
- •This role involves driving architectural decisions and contributing directly to code for a product entering its scaling phase.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive architectural decisions for the agent and platform to ensure scalability.
- •Mentor and grow engineers within the team, raising the collective technical bar.
- •Contribute directly to the codebase on complex and foundational topics.
- •Collaborate closely with Product Managers to define product ambitions and roadmap.
- •Requirements Proven track record of leading technical initiatives involving multiple teams.
- •Hands-on experience mentoring engineers and growing technical capabilities.
- •Expertise in Python with strong experience in Django and large monolithic codebases.
- •Significant experience with Rust and working on embedded/on-device applications.
- •Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies.
