- •Giga is deploying the next generation of customer experience with real-time AI agents for Fortune 500 companies.
- •We are at an exciting inflection point, aiming to become the go-to AI platform for enterprise automation.
- •Key Responsibilities Own complex enterprise deployments end-to-end, architecting agent systems and building integrations.
- •Serve as the technical anchor for a pod of FDEs, setting the engineering bar and mentoring junior engineers.
- •Build reusable tooling, deployment infrastructure, and patterns to improve deployment efficiency.
- •Drive product feedback loop by translating deployment learnings into actionable platform improvements.
- •Engage directly with customer engineering leadership as a technical peer.
- •Requirements 5+ years of production software engineering experience, ideally at companies with high engineering bars.
- •Expertise in Python, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD.
- •Hands-on experience with LLM agent systems (orchestration, tool calling, evals).
- •Ability to translate ambiguity into plans and remain calm under pressure with enterprise stakeholders.
- •High agency and ability to find and tackle high-leverage problems with limited guidance.
