About the role
TL;DR
Lead the transformation of our forecasting capability with an AI-driven solution.
- •As Manager of Workforce Management, you'll lead the transformation of our forecasting capability, replacing manual models with an AI-driven solution.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end transformation of our forecasting capability.
- •Build and mature forecasting models for emerging lines of business.
- •Develop a scenario modelling capability for operational decision-making.
- •Lead, coach, and develop a team of three WFM specialists.
- •Drive AI adoption within your team.
- •Requirements 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 in workforce management or operations analytics.
- •Proven track record of building or improving forecasting models.
- •Experience applying automation and AI tools to improve work efficiency.
- •Strong analytical skills and experience leading a small team.
- •Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
