- •As a Go-To-Market Product Operations Manager at GetYourGuide, you will be the crucial link between the sales team and the platform, driving improvements and scaling operations.
- •You will help shape the GTM tooling roadmap and build self-serve capabilities to empower the sales team.
- •Key Responsibilities Act as the voice of Sales, translating feedback into platform improvements.
- •Contribute to defining and driving the GTM tooling roadmap.
- •Build AI-assisted, self-serve tools to empower the sales team.
- •Govern the reporting environment and make data accessible to the sales team.
- •Curate Salesforce System Wiki and triage internal questions.
- •Requirements 4+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar in a B2B or marketplace environment.
- •Solid Salesforce experience (user administration, reports, dashboards, data).
- •Systems thinker with a focus on automation and AI.
- •Skilled at discovery, root cause analysis, and clear documentation.
- •Strong communicator across Sales, Ops, and technical teams.
- •Organized and dependable.
