- •Midas is seeking a UX Researcher to identify user needs and challenges in finance, transforming the investment experience for everyday users.
- •You will work closely with product teams to develop effective solutions and drive actionable insights.
- •Key Responsibilities Identify high-priority user issues and develop effective solutions.
- •Leverage qualitative and quantitative methods to answer key questions.
- •Collaborate with data, product management, growth, design, and customer support teams.
- •Plan and lead research projects from start to finish.
- •Present research findings to enable teams to translate insights into product and business impact.
- •Requirements Hands-on experience in qualitative or quantitative research.
- •Background in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Behavioral Economics, Anthropology, Sociology, or a related field.
- •Proven track record of independently executing research projects.
- •Demonstrated ability to apply research skills to drive tangible product and business impact.
- •Experience, knowledge, or strong interest in trading/investing is highly preferred.
