- •You'll work cross-functionally to build user-facing AI-native products.
- •Key Responsibilities Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and deploy ideas Build and maintain user-facing products using React, Remix, TypeScript, and Golang Collaborate with product, design, and other engineers to ship features quickly Define new engineering practices for an AI-native development environment Mentor other engineers and scale our engineering culture Requirements Track record of owning technical initiatives and being a senior technical voice Comfortable moving between frontend and backend development Curiosity and excitement about using AI tools to build better software faster Experience setting or influencing engineering practices Track record of mentoring or supporting other engineers
