- •We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to own and scale GetGround's customer acquisition strategy and paid acquisition engine.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the strategy, execution, optimisation, and scaling of paid acquisition across channels including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms Manage and allocate budgets to maximise commercial outcomes while balancing efficiency and growth Develop channel strategies aligned to company objectives and growth targets Maintain best-in-class account structures, campaign frameworks, and operational processes Identify and evaluate new acquisition channels and opportunities for investment Requirements Deep hands-on performance marketing expertise Strong commercial thinking Desire to influence company-wide growth strategy Collaboration with Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, and Commercial teams Ability to drive efficient growth through various platforms
