- •We are seeking an experienced Subcontract Administrator to play a pivotal role in shaping project outcomes by driving the formation, negotiation, and administration of complex service and construction agreements.
- •The position ensures that subcontractor performance, commercial compliance, and cost control remain tightly aligned with project objectives.
- •Key Responsibilities Create, negotiate, and manage multiple contracts and/or service agreements.
- •Lead the full formation cycle for bids and proposals: sourcing bidders, issuing RFPs, evaluating bids, and preparing award recommendations.
- •Oversee subcontract performance, monitor cost vs. scope, and resolve issues.
- •Work closely with Construction, Engineering, and Support Services to align operational activities with contractual obligations.
- •Facilitate contract-related meetings and represent the company in negotiations.
- •Requirements Strong knowledge of service acquisition regulations, procurement policies, and industry contracting practices.
- •Demonstrated experience in pricing, contract law, negotiations, accounting, and developing major contract types.
- •Broad experience managing all phases of subcontract administration, including resolving contractual issues.
- •Working understanding of engineering/construction contracting practices and project functional groups.
- •Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or similar field) and 5-7 years of experience or 9-12 years relevant work experience.
