- •Key Responsibilities Formulate detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and infrastructure.
- •Analyze project drawings and technical specifications for precise cost quantification.
- •Maintain and update a database of historical costs, material pricing, and labor rates.
- •Conduct cost-risk analysis and monitor project costs against initial estimates.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent experience.
- •Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CapEx or construction estimating.
- •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
