- •We're hiring a Staff Frontend Engineer to own the member-facing experience at Future.
- •This is not a component-building role.
- •You'll be shaping how our members interact with their coaches, track their progress, and stay motivated
- •and you'll have real influence over the decisions that define that experience.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the frontend architecture and implementation of our core member-facing product.
- •Set the standard for frontend code quality, component architecture, and design system usage across the team.
- •Use AI to accelerate prototyping, code review, and documentation
- •then apply your judgment to sharpen the output.
- •Requirements 5+ years of frontend engineering experience, with significant time on consumer-facing mobile or web products.
- •Deep expertise in React Native or React, TypeScript, and modern state management.
- •Production experience with Next.js (App Router, SSR/CSR tradeoffs, caching).
- •Solid understanding of rendering patterns (SSR/SSG/client), performance (memoization, avoiding unnecessary renders) state management (server vs client state separation).
