TL;DR
Build and lead FurtherAI's People Operations function, managing employee relations and HR systems.
- •FurtherAI is seeking its first People Operations Lead to build its People function from the ground up.
- •This role is responsible for managing employee relations, HR systems, and supporting organizational design and talent decisions.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage employee relations, including leaves, life events, conflicts, and exits.
- •Own the employee lifecycle and HR systems, including onboarding, offboarding, and immigration matters.
- •Partner with leaders on workforce planning, job architecture, and career progression paths.
- •Coach managers, stand up performance cycles, and manage policy, payroll, and vendor operations.
- •Requirements 5-8 years of HR/People experience with business partnership and operations.
- •Proven ability to navigate sensitive employee situations with good judgment.
- •Track record of building People infrastructure from scratch at an early-stage company.
- •Experience supporting GTM and Engineering, Product, and Design organizations is preferred.
- •Direct ownership of an HRIS platform (Rippling preferred).
