About the role
TL;DR
Design and implement optimal AI solutions for customers using FuriosaAI NPUs and SDKs.
- •The Senior Solution Architect is a technical expert who works with business teams, customers, partners, and developers to solve technical challenges.
- •You will analyze customer's technical requirements and design optimal architectures to solve them.
- •You will support the stable operation of customer AI applications on FuriosaAI NPUs and implement optimal solutions by utilizing the Furiosa SDK to build end-to-end solution pipelines.
- •Key Responsibilities Communicate Furiosa products and SDKs in depth to customers and partners, clearly conveying the value of the products.
- •Collect customer requirements, analyze pain points, and design optimal technical solutions.
- •Design and execute technical verification processes in collaboration with customers, analyze result data, and provide reports.
- •Benchmark and analyze SDK releases for performance and accuracy, and conduct comparative analysis with other solutions such as GPUs.
- •Develop diverse AI solution programs that can be practically applied by utilizing customer AI applications and the Furiosa SDK.
- •Provide technical training to customers in the pre-product launch phase and create related training materials.
- •Collaborate internally by collecting feedback from field customers and delivering it to the engineering team, and conducting technical discussions for product improvement.
- •Requirements Over 3 years of experience in Computer Engineering or related fields.
- •Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills for requirement analysis and solution design.
- •Possess experience in qualitative data analysis and problem-solving.
- •Proficiency in Python.
