Product Manager to shape product vision and deliver user experiences for Fresha's platform.
- •Fresha is seeking an exceptional Product Manager to join their global business.
- •Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will collaborate with engineers, designers, data analysts, and marketers to bring product ideas to life.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a clear product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
- •Identify and prioritise product opportunities across acquisition, engagement, retention, and operational efficiency.
- •Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
- •Lead end-to-end product development, from discovery and ideation through to launch and iteration.
- •Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, operations) to define and deliver product solutions.
- •Requirements 3+ years of product management experience, ideally within a consumer-focused or digital product environment.
- •Proven experience delivering impactful software products and features end-to-end.
- •Strong customer focus with a passion for building intuitive and valuable user experiences.
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams and levels.
- •Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
