TL;DR
Develop and maintain ATE test programs for semiconductor manufacturing.
- •Hands-on IC test engineering role developing production ATE test solutions for an advanced AI accelerator, focusing on silicon bring-up, debug, and manufacturing readiness.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain ATE test programs for high-volume manufacturing.
- •Implement and debug tests for logic, SRAM/DRAM, and high-speed IO.
- •Bring up first silicon on ATE and perform characterization and failure analysis.
- •Collaborate with DFT, design, and external test partners to optimize test coverage and cost.
- •Requirements 5+ years semiconductor test engineering experience.
- •Experience with ATE platforms (Advantest 93K, Teradyne or equivalent).
- •Strong knowledge of DFT methodologies (scan/ATPG, MBIST, LBIST) and memory test techniques.
- •Experience debugging tester failures and correlating to design/process causes.
