About the role
TL;DR
Manage end-to-end silicon production and packaging delivery.
- •Manage end-to-end silicon production and packaging delivery, acting as the interface between Fractile, foundry, OSAT partner and contract manufacturers to ensure milestones, schedules and risk are controlled.
- •Key Responsibilities Own project plan from wafer production through packaged silicon delivery.
- •Coordinate daily activities with foundry, OSAT, packaging, logistics and contract manufacturers.
- •Manage technical milestones, schedules, risks and handoffs to operations and contract manufacturer.
- •Ensure delivery flow and packaged silicon quality to meet production requirements.
- •Requirements Experience managing hardware manufacturing programmes, especially semiconductor production and packaging flows.
- •Strong programme/project management and stakeholder management skills.
- •Experience coordinating across foundries, OSATs and contract manufacturers.
- •Ability to manage schedules, risks and technical handoffs through production lifecycle.
