About the role
TL;DR
Lead system-level test strategies for AI accelerator server platforms.
- •Lead architecture and execution of system-level test strategies for an AI accelerator server platform, covering server manufacture, rack integration and field deployment.
- •Build scalable, automated tests across hardware, firmware, OS, IO, cooling and manageability subsystems.
- •Key Responsibilities Define system-level test strategy for servers and full-rack configurations.
- •Design and implement structural, functional, stress and reliability tests.
- •Deploy and automate test suites in manufacturing and field environments.
- •Integrate tests with OpenBMC/Redfish and platform-management frameworks.
- •Manage a test engineering team and external partners; own documentation and KPIs.
- •Requirements 8+ years in system-level/server platform validation, test engineering, or platform QA.
- •Strong knowledge of server architectures, BMC/OpenBMC/Redfish and Linux systems.
- •Experience with high-speed IO subsystems such as PCIe (Gen4/5/6).
- •Experience leading test development for manufacturing or field diagnostics at scale.
- •Familiarity with liquid-cooled or thermally complex server designs.
