About the role
TL;DR
Design and deliver board test solutions for high-volume AI-accelerator boards.
- •Design and deliver production-ready board/PCBA test solutions for high-volume, high-power AI-accelerator boards, focusing on robustness and repeatability for offshore manufacturing.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain manufacturing test content (ICT, boundary scan, functional).
- •Design fixtures, probes, cabling, and instrumentation for board-level functional tests.
- •Develop MCU-based test firmware and PCIe-focused connectivity tests.
- •Support bring-up, debug, tester qualification, and offshore EMS sites.
- •Requirements 4-7 years in board/PCBA test engineering in high-volume manufacturing.
- •Hands-on experience with ICT, boundary scan/JTAG, and functional test development.
- •Experience with test fixtures, embedded test firmware (MCUs), and high-speed digital interfaces.
- •Strong debug skills across digital logic, power delivery, and interconnects.
