About the role
TL;DR
Principal Engineer at Foundation Health, leading system design and AI implementation.
- •This is the most senior individual contributor position in our new Orlando hub.
- •You'll be working directly alongside our VP of Engineering as the technical anchor for the hub.
- •Key Responsibilities Own system design at platform level.
- •Architect for 10-100x growth without major rewrites.
- •Define how we use AI across the engineering organization.
- •Work closely with product leadership to shape the roadmap.
- •Grow the Engineers around you and help build the next generation of technical leaders.
- •Requirements A track record of building complex systems from scratch.
- •Strong engineering judgment.
- •Genuine AI fluency.
