- •Form Energy is hiring a Senior Reliability Engineer to improve the reliability and lifetime of our iron-air packs and deployed systems.
- •Key Responsibilities Act as the primary authority on Design for Reliability (DfR) for critical electro-mechanical plant subsystems.
- •Translate high-level product goals into rigorous reliability requirements.
- •Design and lead complex experiments to uncover failure mechanisms.
- •Be a champion for safety.
- •Requirements Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Reliability Engineering or related field with 3-7 years of industry experience.
- •Demonstrated expertise in developing new tests to evaluate performance and/ or reliability of electrical and electromechanical systems.
- •Experience with outdoor power electronics or industrial control panels.
- •Familiar with developing accelerated lifetime tests to assess component reliability.
- •Excellent communication and organizational skills.
