Support structural engineering for data center development from site screening to construction completion.
- •Support the structural engineering workstream across a multi-site development portfolio.
- •Key Responsibilities Support structural engineering from site screening through design, permitting, and construction completion.
- •Support structural due diligence for greenfield and conversion sites.
- •Review geotechnical reports and assign structural design actions.
- •Develop and maintain structural basis of design, standard details, and specs.
- •Manage external structural engineers of record through design milestones.
- •Identify structural cost risks during site selection.
- •Requirements Experience in structural engineering on large-scale buildings or infrastructure.
- •Ability to read geotechnical reports and translate data into structural design actions.
- •Coordination with civil, geotech, and MEP teams.
- •Knowledge of foundations, structural steel, and building envelope systems.
- •Ability to spot structural cost and constructability risk early.
