TL;DR
Perform maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in data centers.
- •Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across the site.
- •Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across the site.
- •Support facility operators during switching, maintenance windows, and vendor work.
- •Close every work order with parts, time, and findings recorded so the maintenance system stays accurate.
- •Maintain the building fabric so the site stays inspection-ready at all times.
- •Requirements You've maintained commercial or industrial MEP systems hands-on.
- •You work from work orders and close them with real documentation.
- •You follow safety procedure around live equipment without being watched.
- •You're reliable on shift work, including nights and weekends.
- •Bonus: HVAC or electrical license.
- •Critical environment experience.
