- •As a Safety Inspector, you ensure compliance with FlixTrain GmbH regulations for operational staff, conduct inspections, and ensure rules are consistently implemented.
- •Key Responsibilities Conduct operational controls and monitoring drives, evaluating driving data according to safety goals.
- •Manage qualification management, including maintaining the "Operational File" for operational staff.
- •Issue and manage driving permits, route and location knowledge acquisition orders, and associated additional certificates.
- •Conduct spot checks of duty rosters and shifts for compliance with driving and rest times.
- •Participate in accident and incident investigations, take on railway undertaking emergency duty, and act as an inspector.
- •Requirements Locomotive driver's license with a valid additional certificate and at least three years of professional experience.
- •Strong command of railway operational regulations, ideally including European regulations.
- •Fitness according to TfV and at least a Realschulabschluss (secondary school leaving certificate), with demonstrable German language skills at C1 level.
- •At least 100 driving hours as a locomotive driver per calendar year and a car driver's license.
