About the role
TL;DR
Senior International Accountant responsible for the Serbian entity's financial accuracy and reporting.
- •Fivetran is seeking an exceptional Sr.
- •International Accountant to join its fast-growing Accounting team.
- •This role will be a significant contributor to the success of the accounting department, focusing on the Serbian entity and ensuring efficient financial close and reporting processes.
- •Key Responsibilities Be responsible for the Serbian entity, executing procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial information.
- •Perform month-end close activities, prepare journal entries in Netsuite, and oversee financial statement preparation.
- •Support the Statutory Audit process and manage processes related to invoicing, tax payments, and other obligatory filings.
- •Identify and drive process improvements and automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and drive toward global standardization.
- •Requirements Recognised accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) and minimum 3 years of PQE.
- •Solid knowledge of IFRS and local GAAPs, US GAAP a plus.
- •Strong computer and analytical skills, with excellent planning, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- •Ability to work independently, under pressure, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
