- •Fireworks is seeking a customer-obsessed Forward Deployed Product Manager (FDPM) to drive customer success by connecting their technical requirements to the Fireworks platform.
- •You will be instrumental in building and delivering solutions that meet customer needs and translating feedback into scalable product enhancements.
- •Key Responsibilities Engage directly with customers to identify use cases and convert interest into long-term usage.
- •Define and propose tailored solutions and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
- •Lead onboarding and implementation efforts, including fine-tuning workflows and API integration.
- •Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, shaping their GenAI strategy.
- •Requirements Strong technical background (CS/EECE or development experience) or technical product management experience.
- •Intimate familiarity with LLMs, fine-tuning, model inference, and agents. 2
- •5+ years of experience in products for software engineers.
- •Strong customer interaction skills and a deep customer success focus.
- •Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to diverse audiences.
