About the role
TL;DR
Lead enterprise customers in adopting AI-powered automation for finance operations.
- •Lead enterprise customers from contract signature through full-scale adoption, ensuring successful rollout and long-term expansion.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise customers from contract signature through full-scale adoption, ensuring successful rollout and long-term expansion.
- •Work directly with finance teams to redesign critical processes, embedding AI where it creates the most business value.
- •Partner closely with customers to deeply understand their ERP environment, data structures, accounting workflows, and success metrics.
- •Requirements 2-3+ years in solution engineering, consulting, or forward deployed engineering with enterprise customers.
- •Experience driving adoption of complex software, ideally AI-powered or automation platforms.
- •Familiarity with finance operations, APIs, ERP systems, or accounting workflows is a strong plus.
- •Exceptional communication skills
- •able to train, inspire, and win over buyers, key users, IT leaders and your team members
