TL;DR
Lead clinical excellence and empower BCBAs to drive meaningful change.
- •The Quality Assurance Manager will focus on coaching, quality improvement, and developing systems to support exceptional client outcomes.
- •Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive case audits to evaluate treatment planning, supervision, and client progress.
- •Partner one-on-one with BCBAs to provide coaching on clinical quality, documentation, and case conceptualization.
- •Design and improve quality assurance processes that create measurable, lasting improvements.
- •Develop and present quarterly CEU trainings for BCBAs.
- •Integrate Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) into supervision, coaching, and clinical consultation.
- •Requirements Active BCBA certification in good standing. 5+ years of clinical ABA experience.
- •Strong background in supervision, mentorship, and clinical quality improvement.
- •Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
- •Experience or strong interest in Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT).
