TL;DR
Architect and support customer on-premise infrastructure for cybersecurity products.
- •Filigran is seeking a Customer Platform Architect to support customers in deploying and managing their on-premise infrastructure for Filigran products.
- •This role is crucial for ensuring proper infrastructure sizing, adapting deployments to specific contexts, and guaranteeing reliability.
- •Key Responsibilities Guide customers through platform deployment and configuration.
- •Diagnose, resolve, and anticipate infrastructure issues.
- •Conduct platform health checks and recommend improvements.
- •Ensure technical documentation of the architecture.
- •Collaborate with Product and Solution Engineering teams.
- •Requirements Strong expertise in on-premise infrastructure and cloud environments.
- •Practical experience with containerization and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).
- •Solid understanding of Kubernetes architecture and Helm deployments.
- •Background in customer-facing technical roles.
- •Ability to obtain UK security clearance at SC or higher.
