About the role
TL;DR
Architect and deploy customer infrastructure for cybersecurity products.
- •The Customer Platform Architect will support customers in deploying on-premise infrastructure for Filigran products, conduct health checks, and provide pre-sales advisory on infrastructure requirements.
- •This role ensures proper sizing and adaptation of deployments to customer contexts.
- •Key Responsibilities Guide customers through platform deployment and configuration.
- •Diagnose, resolve, and anticipate infrastructure-related technical issues.
- •Perform audits to assess platform performance and recommend improvements.
- •Write and update technical documentation for the architecture.
- •Collaborate with Product and Solution Engineering teams.
- •Requirements Strong expertise in on-premise infrastructure and exposure to cloud environments.
- •Practical experience with containerization and orchestration platforms like Docker and Kubernetes.
- •Solid understanding of Kubernetes architecture and Helm deployments.
- •Strong problem-solving skills and customer-facing technical experience.
- •Fluent in English and Arabic.
