- •Figma is seeking a Product Designer to join their Design Systems team, focused on building and evolving shared patterns and components across Figma's products.
- •This role aims to ensure a consistent and approachable experience for users across the entire Figma platform.
- •Key Responsibilities Contribute to the strategy and decision-making for cross-product design systems.
- •Define and communicate a clear vision for shared design patterns.
- •Collaborate with product management, engineering, and other design teams for consistent implementation.
- •Create, iterate, and refine design system components, including flows, prototypes, and visuals.
- •Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of the design system.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Design Systems designer.
- •Experience creating simple, scalable solutions for complex user experiences across multiple products.
- •Proficiency in building concepts in code to communicate design decisions effectively.
- •Experience managing complex projects involving cross-team collaboration.
- •Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
