- •Halcyon is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their team.
- •This role focuses on identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities within the State, Local, and Education (SLED) market.
- •Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and engage potential clients through various outreach methods.
- •Qualify leads based on established criteria and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
- •Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
- •Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
- •Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas for qualified leads and meetings.
- •Requirements Proven experience in a BDR, sales development, or similar role.
- •Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
