  • We're hiring our first marketing leader to own both how OneCrew is positioned in the market and how that positioning translates into qualified pipeline and revenue.
  • Key Responsibilities Own OneCrew's positioning across our three segments.
  • Drive ICP definition, segment prioritization, and campaign strategy.
  • Build sales enablement assets and systems.
  • Own the full launch motion for new capabilities.
  • Ensure messaging consistency across the website and conversion surfaces.
  • Stay close to the market to refine positioning and buying triggers.
  • Partner on pricing strategy and competitive intelligence.
  • Instrument and own performance across pipeline, win rates, deal velocity, and launch impact.
